April 2017 Blog Traffic Report

Hey there! Today I’m sharing my April 2017 Blog Traffic Report! I love doing these traffic reports! Every month I share my traffic stats to show what my numbers are, how I use social media to drive traffic to my blog and to share that it’s okay to have lower numbers. Many traffic reports show these big numbers and make newer bloggers feel disappointed about their numbers. Remember, it’s not always about the numbers. You can have lower numbers but a tight-knit community. Stop comparing, and do you!

So, let’s get into my stats for April!

I had 610 users make 1,146 pageviews. I had a bounce rate of 75.11% which is right on par with where it has been.

Twitter

For Twitter, I ended the month with 36,600 impressions and 909 followers which is an increase in 57 followers. That is the biggest increase that I have had in awhile.

I still use Google Calendar and IFTTT to schedule my posts. I stopped using Twitter Ads/promoted tweets. They weren’t really doing much more for me. It wasn’t worth the current investment.

Pinterest

I ended the month with 78,513 impressions and 44,207 viewers. I also ended the month with 1,094 followers. This is the most impressions I’ve had since I’ve started really tracking my Pinterest analytics! It’s at least the highest it’s been in a year or so!

I also ended the month with an average of 31,827 monthly viewers and 1,237 average monthly engaged users.

My Pinterest definitely picked up and I think that is because I started using Tailwind at the end of last month. Being able to schedule my pins definitely helped me stay active. I also began using Tribes to share my pins. Tribes allow you to share your pins with a group and your tribe mates can repin your pins and you can repin yours.

Etsy Shop

I ended the month with 1,020 views, 184 were shop views and 836 were listing views. I had 15 favorites, 1 shop favorite and 14 listing favorites. I also had 1 sale in the month of April!

I hope you enjoyed this month’ blog traffic report!
