Holiday Party Outfits

Happy hump day!

School is wrapping up for most and that means that holiday parties and celebrations will be kicking into high gear! That means figuring out what to wear and that can be difficult when there are so many options!

I wanted to share some holiday party outfits ranging from dressy casual to full-on glam status. There are so many different dress codes for holiday parties, depending on who is hosting, so I wanted to be able to share a range of options, depending on the party that you are going to this holiday season! Who knows, you may be going to enough parties to use all of these suggestions!

Plaid holiday leggings

This is the most casual of all of the outfits. It is simple and the red plaid leggings give you a winter/holiday feel along with the navy caped coat. The boots are very unique and I believe that they match with the outfit perfectly!

Sweater dress and otk boots

This outfit is dressy casual but can still keep you warm with the sweater dress and over-the-knee boots. This outfit is pretty monochromatic, especially with the Kate Spade black and white clutch, yet you can add a pop of color with a deep red lipstick. The drop earrings add a great winter feel!

Holiday sparkle dress

This outfit is perfect for an evening holiday party. This outfit is very sparkly with the sequin dress and bold statement necklace. This theme is very red and gold for a sparkly holiday. The gold metallic shoe and gold sequin clutch go very well with the red dress. For an added sparkle, add a sparkly cuff to your wrist and big stud earrings! Top it off with red polish with a glitter gold accent nail and you are glitzed up and ready to go!

Elegant holiday glam

This is the most elegant outfit that I put together. This outfit is red and silver as opposed to red and gold. This full-length red dress is perfect for a very elegant night out. Since you want all of the attention on the dress and some accessories, you want to keep the shoe nude and basically have it just blend in. I would pair this with silver bangles, and to make yourself more festive, wear some snowflake earrings and a snowflake necklace. For makeup, keep it simple and natural, as well with the lip color. Pair this with silver polish and carry a sparkly clutch and you are ready to glam your way into the holidays.

I wish I was going to a holiday party this year! I have never been to a holiday party and it seems like so much fun! Maybe next year I will either go or host one. {depending on where we live next holiday season!} Have you attended a holiday party this year? Are you going to be attending one this year? What are you wearing?

  6. Okay, I love all of these–I actually wore something very similar to the sweater dress and over the knee boots to a Christmas party last week! And all that glitter in the third outfit is right up my alley too! And that navy coat is to die for.
